Sunlight Readable Displays: Computer and Monitor Configurations

Sunlight readable displays are available in both our enclosed and open-frame flat panel computer and monitor solutions. Our Ultra-HiBrite line of sunlight readable displays comprise color TFT LCDs, in sizes ranging from 6.4" to 18.1", and our proprietary direct backlighting/ edgelighting materials and techniques. Displays are available in a variety of resolutions, with luminance ranging from 400 to 1600 nits, and with up to 16.7 million colors.

Sunlight-readable embedded flat panel computer provides maximum reliability, extended temperature range and low-power operation.

Hazardous Location Computers and Monitor
15" hazardous location flat panel computers, featuring full agency approvals including Class I, Division 2, comes standard with an Ultra-HiBrite AMTFT LCD. Class I, Division 1- and 2-compliant monitor connects to host computer via fiber optics and is available with a sunlight-readable option.

VAMP-WN Series Monitors
These flat panel monitors offer optional 700- to 1,000-nit, active-matrix color TFT LCDs in seven display sizes: 6.4", 8.4", 10.4", 12.1", 15", 18.1" (XGA & SXGA) and 30".
